Useful market intelligence without identity tracking.
This notice explains the limited data terminalbid processes and how to stop alerts or request deletion.
terminalbid collects names, links, ranks, bids, clicks, and published figures from public pay-to-rank boards and an attributed CC BY 4.0 catalog.
Figures are source-reported, may be delayed, and are not audited revenue. terminalbid is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the boards it observes.
Self-hosted Umami records pageviews, Core Web Vitals, and allowlisted product events so the service can be improved.
Campaign parameters may be retained. Watch tokens, emails, free-text searches, user-entered watch keys, listing keys, and session identities are not sent to analytics. Private watch paths are normalized before collection.
A watch stores the submitted email, normalized board or advertiser key, selected event types, confirmation state, and delivery history.
Email and IP hashes are also used to enforce abuse limits. Confirmation is required before alerts begin. Every alert and private terminal includes an unsubscribe control; unsubscribed watches receive no further alerts.
Cloudflare serves the application and Turnstile challenge, Neon stores application data, and Resend delivers transactional watch email.
terminalbid does not sell personal information. These providers process only the information needed to operate their part of the service.
Unsubscribe from a watch using its private terminal or any alert email. To request deletion or ask a privacy question, contact @techedlaksh on X ↗.
Do not post a private watch link publicly. A valid private link acts as the credential for that watch.
